Menu Here are some items I am considering making for my farewell party. Feel free to submit requests!
Because of bad weather, we did not BBQ. Here is the menu, modified last minute because of rain.
Drinks - Lemongrass herbaltini (lime juice, lemongrass infused gin, sweetener, mint, club soda in a pitcher with lots of ice)
- Screaming Moe (Blue Curacau, Rum, Triple Sec, shaken, not stirred, then add Orangina
- Mojito
Appetizer - Sourdough with roasted red wine and herbed mushrooms
Entree - Adam's Famous Homemade Teriyaki Chicken
- Roast Leg of Lamb in a Moroccan Apricot Glaze
- Russian Sausage
- Portobello Steak with Provolone
Dessert - Bonnie's "Chocolate Perfection Egg-Shell Cake" with ice cream

Appetizers - Sourdough with roasted garlic, mushrooms and olives to spread
- Prosciutto wrapped figs
- BBQ vegetables: Corn, summer squash, mushrooms, eggplant
Entree - Adam's Famous Homemade Teriyaki Chicken
- Adam's Famous Homemade Teriyaki Tofu for the veterinarians and other activist judges
- Russian Sausage
- Burgers (not sure if I am doing burgers)
Dessert - Ice-cream from Bonnie's favorite Vancouver ice-cream shop
